Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil once, careful not to over boil, and allow one minute to cool down.
Ateava recommends using porcelain tea ware. Gently add leaves into a teapot and quickly flush (cover the leaves with hot water and pour it off) to appreciate the aroma of the leaves. Infuse with the near-boiling water for 1-3 minutes and serve.
Increase both steeping time and/or water temperature for each successive infusion up to 3 times.
