Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil once, careful not to over boil, and allow one minute to cool down.
Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup and allow to steep 2-3 minutes. Delicious hot or iced, with or without sugar, or complimented with peppermint leaves.
